- Residents of Alameda County, Contra Costa County, Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Bernardino County, and Ventura County
- 18 years or older (all adults)
- Serves men, women, and non-binary, gender-nonconforming, and other
- Has low income - inquire with program to see if you qualify
- Any insurance status, including uninsured
